All reps attending must register prior to the event, as attendee badges are printed directly from our registration system.
To register, click the button below and follow the steps in our registration process. When prompted, use the custom discount code provided to you by our events team. If you do not know your discount code, please contact us.
If you would like additional tickets beyond what is included in your sponsorship, please refer to our vendor ticket option. We do not offer additional complimentary tickets.

Sponsored Panels
All sponsored panels can accommodate a maximum of 4 speakers on stage. Technology includes a session timer, lapel microphones, and projector for powerpoint slides (slides not required). No video conferencing supported.
If you contracted a sponsored panel, the following is due October 17, 2025:
- Session title and description
- Indicate if you would like a BHB editorial team member to moderate*
- Name, title, company and email of speakers participating on the panel
- *if using a BHB team member as a moderator, sponsor to provide maximum 3 speakers. If foregoing a BHB team member as moderator, sponsor can provide 4 speakers
- Please expect one planning call to discuss the panel
Exhibit Tables
- An exhibit table sponsorship includes a 6ft by 4ft table, two chairs, and one standard power outlet.
- Backdrops or banners cannot exceed 6ft. in width.
