Which ticket type should I purchase?
Privately Owned Service Providers – You are an independently owned and operated therapy delivery organization. Your organization has yet to raise outside funds.
Investor-Backed Service Providers – Your therapy organization has raised outside capital or is currently under the management of an investor or private equity group.
Investors – You are interested in or have already sourced and invested in a healthcare organization.
Other Industry Professionals – You are neither a therapy service provider or an investor, but provide ancillary services such as software, business solutions, legal services, accounting, diligence, etc.
A ticket to the in-person event includes access to a reception, typically the night before the conference, as well as all content sessions with breakfast, lunch, and refreshments at the conference.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellations received more than 45 days prior to the event start date are eligible for a full refund, minus a $25.00 administrative fee.
Cancellations received less than 45 days prior to the event start date are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or for tickets not used.
Substitutions may be permitted prior to the event at no additional cost. Please email [email protected] for more information.
In the event that WTWH must cancel or reschedule an event, registered attendees will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future WTWH event, at WTWH’s discretion.
Are there kosher meals or other dietary options at the event?
Please email us at [email protected]. with any dietary requests. Please note, the deadline for dietary accommodations is 30-days prior to the event. We may not be able to provide options at off-site meetings, such as the networking reception.
We will not be audio or video recording any sessions. We encourage attendees to review our agenda in advance so they can attend the sessions that are of most interest.
WTWH Media has a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment or any other inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward attendees and organizers. If you break our code of conduct, you will be asked to leave the premises and banned from future events.
