Nichole Joyce, BCBA, is a clinical and product leader with more than nine years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, clinical operations, and healthcare technology. Throughout her career, she has led teams, scaled clinical services, and focused on improving clinical outcomes, quality of care, and access to services. Having worked across clinical leadership and product development, Nichole is passionate about solving the operational challenges that make delivering high-quality care more difficult than it needs to be. She holds a B.S. in Human Development from Virginia Tech and a M.A. in Professional Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Outside of work, you can find Nichole cooking, exploring Richmond parks and playgrounds, and listening to live music with her toddler, husband, and dog, Butter!
