Sean currently serves as the Chief Innovation and Strategy Officer at Alliance Health, a specialty Medicaid managed care organization in North Carolina. In this role he is responsible for developing new services and partnerships designed to meet the needs of a complex population, system modernization as well as exploring and implementing digital health solutions. Prior to this role, Sean served as Alliance’s COO, were he was responsible for a variety of health plan operations and had implemented numerous new programs and services for plan members. He also served as the company's Chief Clinical Officer at its inception. Sean has extensive experience developing, implementing and operating new programs and services both on the health plan and behavioral health service delivery side. He has served as a consultant and as a development director for two behavioral healthcare companies where he worked to implement new service lines and scale behavioral health services.
